In 2011 at the age of 24, Katelynd Duncan created a company that has quickly emerged on the forefront of Chicago’s political fundraising services. KJD Strategies produces events frequently attended by the most elite political insiders and in demand donors such as David Axelrod, Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, Congresswoman Gabby Giffords, the Kennedy family, and Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel. KJD Strategies has raised more than $25 million for political action committees and non-profits.
Katelynd is active in her greater Chicago community, serving on the board of directors at Streetwise and volunteering her services to Chicago Cares, Chicago Scholars, NAMI Chicago, The Inconvenience, Chicago Foundation for Women Young Women’s Leadership Council.
